Bath Store

Retail Assistant
As a Retail Assistant, you will be an integral part of the Bath store team. You will consistently be educating customers on our brand values and commitments as well as our extensive product range. You will be responsible for providing an exceptional Finisterre experience, creating an inspiring store atmosphere by delivering best in class customer service and store standards.

  • You are a people person. You genuinely like talking to others, are outgoing and approachable. You bring a sense of fun, enthusiasm and passion to everything you do and work well on your own and as part of a team.
  • You are self-motivated. You are proactive and committed in your own personal development, education and training.

What do you need?

  • You will need a good level of experience working in a retail or customer focussed environment. Retail experience within a premium apparel brand who share Finisterre’s brand ethos would be preferable.
  • You will need passion for our product and enjoy building your own product knowledge. Experience working with technical clothing would be beneficial.
  • You will be a big team player and enjoy working towards a common goal with your fellow team members. You will have a positive outlook towards work and relish in doing ‘your bit’ to contribute to the success of the store.

Working hours: 5 hours per week (minimum)
Location: Bath

Hawksfield Store

Weekend Retail Assistant

Falmouth Store

Assistant Manager
As Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in the day to day running of our Falmouth store. You will be responsible for ensuring outstanding levels of customer service, that our stores look and feel amazing, and that our staff members are motivated, informed and ready to deliver an exceptional Finisterre experience to anyone who walks through our doors.

As a brand ambassador, you will proudly represent Finisterre and ensure the brand story and company values are being championed through the store team. You will be a fundamental part of introducing Finisterre to your local area and will assist with building a community around your store both on and off line.

What you need?

  • Ideally you will have a proven track record in retail with at least two years’ experience at management level within a premium apparel brand who share Finisterre’s brand ethos.
  • You will need a commercial awareness and possess in depth experience and knowledge of working towards KPI’s.
  • You will need to know your way around a computer and are competent with Excel, Word and Office Outlook.
  • You will need to be flexible to work Monday to Sunday and don’t mind the occasional late shift when we have in-store events.

Working Hours: Full Time (40hrs)
